Performance/Features

・Since it can bear the load softly, it has a vibration-proofing effect even on lightweight equipment.

-Has a damping effect and quickly converges vibrations.

・Can be used under a wide range of temperature conditions from -30℃ to 150℃.

・Excellent chemical resistance and durability. The metal fittings are made of stainless steel and can be used for any purpose.

・It has been certified as flame retardant in the railway vehicle material combustion test, and is also effective as a fire prevention measure.

・Silicone rubber is highly safe as it does not contain sulfur or carbon, and is used in a variety of places.

Precautions for use

・Use only in the compression direction.
・Mount it so that it is not twisted.
・When using multiple products with different part numbers, arrange them so that they flex evenly.
・Avoid using in water or where it may be exposed to oil.

Main use

・Vibration isolation for precision physics and chemistry equipment such as light-load microscopes and interferometers
・Shuffling for in-vehicle measuring instruments, communication equipment, etc.
・Vibration isolation for small pumps, compressors, etc.
