The rubber material shall be weather-resistant synthetic rubber.
There are two ways to use Anti-vibration rubber: one for simple fixation and one for vibration isolation. In either case, the fastening method is the same. Insert Anti-vibration rubber from one side into the designated pilot hole and screw in the screw to expand the rubber sleeve, making it easy to fasten.
In this case, the self-tightening action of Anti-vibration rubber acts as a lock washer and a lock nut is not required.
Refer to the table above for plate thickness, prepared hole diameter, and tightening torque.
