Vibration isolation unit active
A conventional vibration isolation table requires a surface plate and a stand to stabilize the vibration isolation performance because it functions as one system with four vibration isolation units.
MB adopts a multiple (multi-legged) structure. By designing each anti-vibration unit to perform active control individually, no surface plate or pedestal is required.
Individual active control allows you to freely combine the number of vibration isolation units from one to up to four, depending on the external shape and weight of the installed equipment.
We will propose the optimal layout design for the onboard equipment and research environment.
Lightweight, thin and compact, weighing 15 kg per leg.
Since it does not require a surface plate or stand, it can be carried like hand luggage.
Implemented auto-leveling and auto-tuning functions.
Just by pressing a button, the height from the floor to the device mounting surface is automatically kept constant, and the control parameters are automatically set according to the mounted equipment.
By switching from the conventional installation type to a web application, it became possible to continuously develop and update the system, making it a highly scalable system.
It is also possible for the customer to check the vibration waveform and make detailed parameter settings.
Operates on power only, no air source required.
