Tabletop anti-vibration table for optical experiments using a steel honeycomb surface plate
This is a compact air spring type vibration isolation table that uses a steel honeycomb surface plate for the desktop type, and has increased the rigidity and flatness of the surface plate mounted on the equipment, making it suitable for optical experiments with a short optical path.
(Gimbal piston is not equipped)

Performance/Features

Uses a steel honeycomb surface plate

A lightweight, highly rigid steel honeycomb surface plate with a thickness of 50 mm is used. The top plate is made of magnetic stainless steel SUS430 so that the magnet stand can be used, and it has been sanded to prevent light reflection.

Uses a special small air spring

Although it is compact, it has excellent vibration isolation performance.

Two types that can be selected depending on the installation location

Automatic leveling specification A type and manual leveling specification M type can be selected depending on the presence or absence of an air source.
