Outstanding vibration isolation performance by adopting a horizontal vibration isolation mechanism gimbal piston.

High-performance dome gimbal piston (manufacturer option)

The development of the dome gimbal piston has made it possible to further improve the horizontal vibration isolation performance.

Various options are provided to make the vibration isolation space easy to operate and use effectively.

Steel honeycomb surface plate

A lightweight and highly rigid steel honeycomb surface plate is used. The top plate is magnetized stainless steel SUS430.

With automatic leveling function

The surface plate is maintained at a constant level immediately even when the installed equipment is changed or the load fluctuates.
