・Please use in an environment of room temperature 23±3°C in order to maximize the performance of the component mount vibration isolation.
・Work slowly and quietly when placing a mechanical device on the component mount for vibration isolation.
・Be careful not to apply strong impact such as dropping. Doing so may cause damage, etc. Be especially careful when the temperature is low.
It is an attenuation adjustment mechanism with a built-in original attenuation mechanism "Hanende SHDR".
It has the effect of speeding up the convergence of vibration in the horizontal direction by pressing it against the side of the stage supported by the component mount and speeding up the work takt.
